Just clean those bolt holes out like your last dollar depended on it.
And when you THINK they are clean, let them sit and then clean them again.
The concern is not just the oil at the bottom of the holes, it is about the oil in the threads as well.

And remember that the torque extender needs to be at 90° from the torque wrench or the torque reading will not be accurate.

You can remove the front motor mount to gain clearance.. Aftermarket rocker box bolts too long??
