Not sure where to go, I have downloaded 3 shop manuals for this bike and none of them have the engine wear specs for the 110 engine ... plenty on 96 and 103 but not the 110.

can anyone either help me out by scanning the 3 or 4 engine pages out of thier manual with the specs and wear limits? I am mostly looking for the max bore wear and piston size etc.
All the shop manuals I have come across (and I have paid for 3 of them) do not have the 110 engine specs in them only 96 and 103 which is of course useless to me.

Are the wear specs for the 96" and 103" the same?

 

Almost, bores, pistons and rings are different. Same Crank. main bearings Barrels(just bored out for the 103) etc.... for 96,103,110 ... 110 has different casings (to accept the larger 4" barrels.

I just need the max bore size.
Bore to piston clearance and to know if the ring gaps for Top, Secondary and Oil are the same specs as the 96 and 103.
you only have to machine the jug holes in the casings for the 96,1003 if you are going to the 110 barrels.

You need the service manual supplement. I bought these when I got my 2012FLTRXSE.
