Hi All,
I am trying to find a Harley tool for installation of the Wrist pin clips. I cannot seem to find the tool anywhere. Anyone got any suggestions?

I haven't tried it yet, but I read about using a 3/4 inch union for copper pipe. The clip goes in the union like you were checking ring gap.

OP, see the attachment as an add on to Rusty's reply. This works unless you have the spiral circlips which are a bit more troublesome until you get the process down; no hack for those.

Wrist pin OD is 0.927". If you're using HD pistons with circlips, a small screwdriver and a metal pick will get them in or out easy enough. OEM style clips are not that stiff. If you're using CP pistons where the circlips are very thick and stiff, I'll order my pistons with the Kramm-Lox style circlips and use their tool. They go in easy and can also be removed easy. The advantage to their tool is it can be used on any piston pin dimeter when using the appropriate circlip. You can also just order teh clips and tool for the CP circlip if you have the pistons already.

Another method when using CP pistons, and could also be used for HD pistons is make a simple tool from 5/8" copper pipe.

The 3/4" copper sweat coupling works great . Just chamber one end on the inside as to not damage the Circlip. To press the clip into the piston use a 5/8"deep socket on an extension and just push it into place.. Always check to make sure the Circlip is seated in the piston..
Note: this will not work on spiral locks..
