The crank problem is nothing to lose sleep over. If it was, there would be a lot more dead Harleys for sale. It's not like people are measuring runout at every oil change and selling them when they get sloppy. Sometimes things happen...especially if you build a hot rod around a stock crank and beat on it every time you ride it.

And oddly, to me, the Street Bob can sound better on decel, it has RCX Performance exhaust
Not sure it it's that, or the unbalanced engine, but they are both a sound of beauty
