Wow, all this discussion seems very confusing. Why not just get a Boss Hoss V8 bike? Lol

I have a feeling that the right heads by themselves would have made more of a difference in output than the additional 7 cubic inches.

Kinda sounds like the throttle blade is rattling.. I understand that the gears that drive the synchro for the throttle blade can get damaged.. IIRC early FBW throttle bodies had this issue.. This is resurrecting almost dead brain cells tho..

Displacement. Heads are going this week.

I've heard a couple that sound the same after searching you tube. All the comments says it's normal. Attributed to valve train noise made more audible by high flow air cleaner. Doing an inspection when I remove and send off the heads.
