Thanks.I don't need to do it right now but kinda wanted to do it before it gets cold out.No heat in the garage and I want it ready to go in the spring.

Use JB weld.. The grey stuff.. The only advantage of the HD stuff is that it cures quickly.. Cleanliness is very important here.. Let it the JB cure overnight before install. Good to have temps above 70F. The warmer it is the faster it cures.
Add:
Too cold? Take it into the house..

Make sure you use enough of the JB weld, and then, when you set the oil drip tray in place, try and use some kind of a clamp. I used a woodworking clamp on mine to hold it in place lightly for 24 hours. Worked great.
