fng here, greetings. bought a used 2009 flhtcu ultra classic teal/white. warmed up,is idle pressure supposed to be near zero? bought bike 3/31/2029 for my 68th bday. 1st harley
2nd qustion.are the 6 speed trannies an issue? can't get it out of 1st gear useing foot. dearship had to add rocker on it to make it be able to shift. unable to hit neutral
What is your idle rpm. I've had evo's idle at near zero but twin cams I've had have had at least 10 at hot idle. Does oil light come on? What is pressure at say 2500rpm
Do NOT trust the oil pressure gauge. They are about as good as "accurate" as the useless fuel gauge. If the oil light does not light up, just keep on riding. 6 speeds are pretty bulletproof. Hard to shift/find neutral are tell tail signs it needs a clutch adjustment.

32-35oil pressure. should i use a 60 weight oil instead of the 20w-50?
Stick with factory weight oil, unless you got some good reason, and I don't think you have done the research. It's been decades since I ran anything but factory recommendation in anything I own
Too much oil in the primary will make it harder to find neutral. Just because someone may have changed it and put the "recommended " amount doesn't mean it's at the right level. I'd check that first...its still free. Your oil light is located under the seat...just kidding...it should be center of the fairing just above the handle bar clamp. Are you saying the dealer put the heal shifter on in order to make it easier to find neutral? Might be time for factory service manual and a new dealer...or at least a new mechanic.
