Default 110 CVO on a 2006?

Found some used 110 inch cylinders on ebay for a decent price. Says 2007 and up. Will it fit my 2006 road king?

07-16 HARLEY TOURING CVO SCREAMIN EAGLE 4" CYLINDER JUGS BARRELS PISTONS 110ci

This and a tuner. What cam recommendation do you have for this set up. I am new to this forum so if I messed up let me know where to post.

Your going to need to bore your cases unless you have a CVO 110 cases.

So I am an aggressive hillbilly. Day job aircraft mechanic. Have technical experience, need professional advice. Not some know it all. Just want to learn. Make bike pull like a banshee, and still buy my kids food and shoes!

Would it be possible to open up the cases with a die grinder for clearance or is this a precision type operation.
Eg. Just remove a little bit to drop sleeves into case vs precision bore operation.
Had the bike for 2 weeks and looking to make her strut.

this 'little' is 1/4" in diameter since it's 4" vs 3.75" stock

technically 110ci jugs could fit to 88ci case with proper boring (there are even 4.25" setups known) but on stock 88 crank you will receive "square" 4x4 100" engine which being not wide used configuration will definitely require a pro dyno tuning

Not a know it all comment. Just the facts Jack. Need to split cases and have it bored.

Thanks for posting this. That guy really knows his stuff. That is WAYYYY over my skill set. If I paid to have that done it looks pretty expensive.

Thanks for your reply. The video that Ya Tigor posted really cleared it up. I thought I had found a loophole to get more cubic inches for low price. They were taken off a cvo bike with low miles when seller upgraded bike. $300 to go from 96 to 110 ci, I was stoked.

Stupid reality messing up my dreams! Hahaha

Well now you know boring the cases is a precision process, expensive, lots of down time and labor intensive. However, there are ways to make the bike "pull like a bansee:, whether you can keep the kids fed and in shoes will depend on how much you are willing to spend. Depending on how hard you want the bike to pull, you are looking at $2.5K to $4K. That will vary depedending on machine cost of head work and boring cyliners/fitting pistons which you will likely have to out source. As an aircraft mechanic and the HD service manual for your bike, you will be turning the wrenches.

Post a budget and you will get more feedback than you probably want but you need budget first and a build plan based on the budget.

It's pretty much a precision bore job. You do have a about a +- 0.002 tolerance. One thing to note is that 110 cylinders are 4 inch bore. which with your stock crank will only net 100 ci. I seem to remember that you can bore the cv110 to 4.060 which nets about 104 ci but pistons are special order. Cases below are bored for 4 1/8 bore cylinders.

thanks max

Case boring, that is a bigger task both time and money than I want to invest.

when I initially asked a question, I was hoping that I would just have to notch one or two pieces.
