Default New 124 will not idle, runs rough

Hello all,
Finally finished my 124" build and started it last night - wouldn't idle, ran rough, smoked from left pipe (FM Jackpot 2-1-2 XXX), and coughed through the TB. Front plug was black with carbon, rear was fine. Adjusted pushrods again this morning - won't idle, a bit less rough, coughed through TB again, and smoke from right pipe this time. Pulled codes from Tmax and had TPS codes, cleared, re-initialized Tmax and ran bike again - codes did not return but otherwise all the same. Plugs this time - front covered in carbon again, rear wet with fuel. I'm leaning towards I'm not getting the pushrods right but would appreciate opinions.

124" Tman
62mm HPI TB by CSR using my stock electronics
6.3 gps FM injectors
Wood TW-9-BG7 cams
S&S roller rockers, quickie pushrods, cam plate, oil pump, and gear drive

Thanks in advance

Anything is possible but cam and gear drive alignment were something I triple checked on installation.

What map are you running? Did you need to adjust injector compensation?

Do head temps look reasonable in monitor mode..

UPDATE: Looks like Cycle Solutions did something to my TPS when they migrated it to the new TB; the codes came back and it appears the TPS is dead, AFR was like 22 instead of the target 14'ish, and they sent one with 1.76 runners but my heads are 1.8, that may be on me but don't know if it is sealing or not. Appreciate the responses.

My experience has been mixed but I've never had them do any work just parts purchasing. My problem there is when they damaged or send out a defective part they never wanted to accept responsibility. They're popular, hit the rallies, etc., so I'd assume they do good work but get concerned about a business that dodges accountability.
