When replacing the cam plate with an S&S, can I use my original hydraulic chain tensioners? Do they bolt up?

They have done 107 builds with that 570 actually.
I would go with their 600 or 660 in a build like mine tho.
I think that 570 might work well in an otherwise stock stage 2 103 or something.
I know they do twin cams with their cams.
Their main thing is the sporty and their 1275.builds are capable of 120hp. They are all about hp not stump pullers.
I'm looking to beat djl's 98 build with this Night Train. Picked his brain a little this morning. It will be interesting to see where it ends up.
If this guy is willing to write me a blank check so to speak, and he pretty much is,.115hp.is definitely doable.
Don D. being out of the game for now kind of threw a wrench in my plans but I think I have a good replacement in mind to get it done.

Post a dyno run then. I'm too lazy to look.. BTW, That cam is really close to the Syke Performance DickRipper 2000 cam.. Will make more power than a W5 but it ain't lighting the world on fire.

What happened to Don?

i posted one with the 570s in a 107 build 3 or 4 years ago. I don't think i have it anymore and I'm too lazy to call them and ask them to send me some.

Don is off on assignment for at least 6 months...Boeing special project.
Probably give Larry a call. I need lifters too so I'll see what he has going.

Have you seen a Hammer 660? They will make power past 7000rpm.
That 570 is not a big hp cam but designed to add power up there without losing in the bottom.
They are all very exhaust sensitive but those Rush mufflers you are running do very well with cams like that. Better than any I have seen. And they map in real easy.

I called Hammer and they do not currently have a 660 cam for a twin cam. They do have a 570 and a 610.. I imagine the 610 would be a good up top runner but doubt it'll hang low.. I do not have the specs on the 570 but an sure it's not a hi performance cam.. And definitely not a bolt in cam..
