45mm is like 1.77".. You can pretty much use a G manifold or an HSR45 from Ultima or SnS. Make sure to check the port size so it matches.. Google shows up a bunch of ones..

I think it is a G manifold but with the mounting flange machined down to a circular flange like on the stock manifold, but bigger.

Manifold and ports are the same size and they match very nicely.

If you're interested I have a dealer kit of jets, needles and the next size bigger needle jet. Forget the number off hand and I'm at work. The needle jet isn't isn't all that readily available. A few different accelerator pump nozzles too.
Fits the 42 or 45.
I would go with the 45 in this case.

I found what is supposed to be the flow numbers for my S&S heads, does it make any sense?

The flow here is at 10 inches of carbs on different manifolds. Multiply by 1.67 ro get the flow at 28..

This is good stuff, thanks for sharing. The data doesn’t lie, I can see why 45 now given the projected head flow.
