I have a matching S&S manifold that is 45 mm where it meets the head and around 51 mm at the carb side. I can fit both 42 and 45 mm carbs using different rubber seals.
45mm is like 1.77".. You can pretty much use a G manifold or an HSR45 from Ultima or SnS. Make sure to check the port size so it matches.. Google shows up a bunch of ones..

I think it is a G manifold but with the mounting flange machined down to a circular flange like on the stock manifold, but bigger.

Manifold and ports are the same size and they match very nicely.

If you're interested I have a dealer kit of jets, needles and the next size bigger needle jet. Forget the number off hand and I'm at work. The needle jet isn't isn't all that readily available. A few different accelerator pump nozzles too.
Fits the 42 or 45.
I would go with the 45 in this case.

Let's see, I have not bought the carburetor yet. But thanks for your offer.

This is good stuff, thanks for sharing. The data doesn’t lie, I can see why 45 now given the projected head flow.
