Default Unknown tool. You know what this is? How to use it?

I've had this in my tool box for 20 years. I just found it again but I have no idea what it is for. ​​​​​​​DIt says Accell. But what it does i have no clue.​​​​​​​oes anyone know?

Me either, but I'm guessing it's an invisibility cloak?

I have one just like it. It sits in the spot marked 10mm.

I had one years ago when we lived in our first apartment. Wife brought it home since she thought the Pekingese was lonely.

One tough tool. I gave it to the maintenance man. Next time I saw him, he was raging angry.

The tool chewed up rugs, pillows and even tore up a mattress.

Those tools for their size will undo a German Shepherd..

Sounds like a Jack Russell. Had one eat my bathroom once.
