A basically free and reversible mod: next time you need a rear tire use a cobra chrome 180/60R-16. It’s a little shorter and does the same thing as dropping a tooth on the trans pulley. Not a huge difference but it’s an improvement. You’ll need to use the PV to adjust the speedo a little. It’s a radial and you’ll notice a better ride quality. If you’re street tuning this yourself it’s not comparable to a professional tune by a talented tuning technician. Which can be a challenge because just having a dyno doesn’t mean they’re any good at tuning.

I would say they could. The CVO 110 heads flow about 275 cfm @28 stock.. They are not the same heads as a 103.
