Hey all,
I ride a 2007 FXDB, EFI and running a V&H fuel pack. Been having this weird issue only at startup. CEL light comes on briefly and goes away after about 10 seconds with code P0505, computer unable to control idle speed. This happens more often after getting gas. Like i said the fault goes away before i ride. Any help would be appreciated!

 

IAC valve may need a squirt of fuel injector cleaner. If it persist, replace IAC valve. Was, and is a know problem. I replaced mine when coming to stop signs the motor would quit or high idle. If you decide to replace it do yourself a favor and remove your fuel tank. The book says you don't have to but it will make life a lot easier trust me.
