Default Build me a motor

Been kicking around what to do with my twin cooled 110cvo motor.
It's getting tired and needs something.

It seems the liquid cooled heads really limit possibilities unless abandoning the liquid cooling, which I don't want to do.
Here's the goal - more Torque down low, and Reliability for cross country rides .

Leaning towards -
S&S Stroke flywheel assembly
S&S Big Bore kit 124"
S&S 585 Easy Start gear drive Cam kit
S&S Oil Pump & Cam plate kit
S&S Forged Rockers
S&S Sidewinder Valve spring kit
Fueling Race lifters
SE Tapered Pushrods

So, staying with stock heads, and a 10k budget what do you got???

Have you wet heads ported. The cooling also allows a little more timing and compression!

Save your money on the pump/rockers/ valve spring kit / Feuling race lifters and send your heads to WFO larry. he'll supply lifters with springs as part of the head package.

I add. IIRC the stock throttle bodies don't flow to well..

Was under the impression the wet-heads cannot be altered, due to the passages for cooling taking up space.

Scratch the Feuling lifters and go with Johnson Hylifts 2313SE. Cheaper and a better lifter than feuling besides. They're what wfo Larry uses if you send him your ****. The pump and plate is a definite improvement over stock. I don't care what anyone says. But probably more so if you run higher rpms tho. The improved scavenging is obvious. The bushings in the plate goes without saying. I did the original DT 3 stage rather than the S&S that presumably copied it. I have more oil in my tank than I did with the stock pump because it doesn't leave any for the crank to swim in.
Research HPI throttle bodies with HPI for your build. Most here told me to go 58mm but the 55/58 was better suited to my mid to upper rpm torque build.
Most I know running 124"s are not just running stock crankcase breathers. Again, especially if you like to run higher rpms. Pretty sure S&S has an external reed valve they use with 124s. I run what I think are better reed valves on my 107 and I've yet to get a drop of oil out of them and I run my oil all the way to the full mark. None of this half qt. low ****.
Head work is everything. If liquid cooled limits that I'd go air cooled like a real Harley. Never been a fan of HDs liquid cooled anyway. Just my

Exhaust?
