S&S Quality Control - Garbage?

Have you ever thought that S&S gives shops inferior parts vice giving to the guy who buys direct? They sell the farmed out stuff to shops. They sell the good stuff direct to customers. Am looking at eight months delay time as a private buyer. I had the option of buying. Took the later I can wait.
You are implying that SnS sells different quality parts to different customers? Private party gets better? What about distributors? It's better to sell to a private party where the guy might only buy for one project while a shop that will sell much more product?
I doubt it.
There might be differences in product quality based on the size production run and amount of time the stuff sits at a distributor.

After some deep research I agree with you 100 percent. Not only the size of some production runs but the quality of some runs can be debated. Not going to go into all the details but some of the production runs done during the pandemic is very questionable. I have spent a small fortune on parts from S&S. My wait time is over six months. Am good with that.
