2016 Dyna LRS or 2022 FXLRS?
2016 Dyna LRS with 8K on the clock, stock + stage 1 for $19K or a new '22 FXLRS with forward controls, handle bar risers & a stage one for $25K?
I believe the Dyna is and will be a classic and it feels more raw and less refined - this is where my heart lies - my head says the new FXLRS is the better bike in every way accept, does it make you feel the same way?
What are your thoughts? What should I buy?

Couldn't give me an M8. Refined my ***. Go with the twin cam. Although $19,000 is pretty steep for a '16 Dyna, $25,000 for a '22 is too considering the '16 is a better bike.
Paid $12,300 for my '13 FLSTC when it was a year newer than the '16 is now. MSRP was $18,300 new and it IS a classic. lol
According to those prices and the fact my engine is now a brand new from the crank up stage 4 and twice the stock power, I should be able to get $30,000 for it minimum!

Honestly you need to ride both and don't let someone else decide your bike choice....
I have a 17 LRS and for a short time my neighbor had a STLRS... After riding both, no way I'd rather have a STLRS. The STLRS was like riding a metric compared to my 17. He preferred his STLRS. We all know the STLRS is technically the better bike, but for me not the better HD.
The 16 is So Cal priced and thats what they're generally priced at. Its a 2 year only and much beloved bike, they're not going down. The belly button 22 seems priced really high, but people are trying what they can in this sellers market.
The only thing that isn't biased on this question is the fact of resale.... The LRS will keep its worth alot higher then the STLRS ever will.
