I would definitely pull the primary cover to do a look over. You can reuse the gasket (well, I have before). Maybe post some photos here for fellas to look at.

Assuming the bike has low miles...
Personally, if the starter works well and the primary chain is quiet, I'd fill it back up and run it.. It's likely a burr off a the starter gear or primary chain.. Make sure the battery is in good condition.

That's what happens when you mix up the starter and the horn button.

Took the cover of today and found this. Also alot of small dings on the clutch? I never had any bad sound or anything from the bike. How much would this cost to repair or run it as it is?

You can live with that a while but not a good idea unless your bike is a pleasure toy you don't depend on. Eventually, it's going to break a few more next to it probably. Then it's not going to turn over till you bump motor over so the starter grabs a good place on the ring gear and hope the motor starts in 350 degrees of the crank.

There was a flaw in the material that caused that.. I Doubt Harley will eat that.

I do not think you can just buy the clutch hub. It comes as an assembly at that stage. $530 US here. Gaskets are about $30. Fluid, labor. Bet you're looking at a $1000 tooth.

As stated above, marks on the clutch are probably from the metal tooth bouncing around in the primary before getting caught on the magnet.

What does the starter gear look like?

May be able to find a good used clutch.

Drag Specialties has them new for $300 https://www.ebay.com/itm/36357899446...YAAOSwAhlhZvuc

Ebay has used in good condition for $250 https://www.ebay.com/itm/36357899446...YAAOSwAhlhZvuc

New for $400. May pay to look around. Harley Davidson OEM Clutch Assembly 37817-11 CVO FXDLS | eBay

No damage on the starter gear. Damn think its a bit hard to find used parts in Sweden will cheak what a new one cost here. Did Harley fix the material on the new ones or is it the same? Is it hard to move over the clutchplates to a used cage?

Check with Hellinge Racing in Skoghall.
He might know what would be the most economical way forward for you at this stage.

Not sure of what the original source of material Harley finished machined this part from but cracks and flaws happen. Sad it did not show up sooner. This is not common.

My guess is that is a drop forged blank that was upset and roughed red hot to probable within a crude 1/4" to most sizes. Stress relieved. Then finial machined. The actual ring gear is an attachment to the hub but they don't cut you that break. See one on ebay. Bet shipping to you would be crazy.
