Default Currently in process of my HO103 build.

Needing some different views as I'm sure I'm forgetting something in this build.

Primary parts: Bandit Clutch, Dark Horse Man-o-war compensator
Motor: Revolution racing heads w/660 springs RR pushrods, lifters, Fuel Moto 113 Big bore kit, woods 999-6A cams, Woods custom plate and racing pump, Trask Velocity stack intake, 58MM throttle body and injector upgrade,

Current exhaust: Rinehart true duals 4"
Thunder max tuner

I feel like im overlooking something, do i need to address the fuel pump? will i need to change the exhaust? Do i need to do anything with plug and wires?

Correction, the 113 Big bore kit requires no case boring , the shop said they honed and polished the case we here it all connects. they also sent me a link to the FM kit for reference as it stated that it was not needed also.

Requires no case boring if you start with a 110” CVO engine.

Did/ does your bike have a factory 110? Because if not “honing and polishing” from the shop could’ve been different terms for the case boring, because other wise honing the case where the cylinder spigots come in shouldn’t be needed with a big bore kit.

Won't fit stock 103 cases, but like said, depends on what work the shop actually did.

Care to share the FM link?

86 the Trask air filter; cheap China stuff. Recent 107 build by another forum member with a Trask air filter couldn't break 120HP; couldn't breath. Replaced filter witih K&N, 127HP.

That link says 2007+ CVO models, which start as 110"
