Noco makes a 5 amp one but you got to adapt to the tender plug.
I agree with Max; the battery may be tired; certainly worth a load test. Youj forgot one important test and that is the voltage drop on startup. Check the attached video for an informative walk through on motrocycle battery testing.

While a load test is always good, I really hadn't gone that far. The first thing is to make sure that the battery is fully charged first and we were discussing the charging system not the battery. I was thinking that the battery wasn't fully charged and it needs to be before looking at voltages. It would need to be so before a load test.

BTW in the video. the DMMs have a 1.5% difference in reading. I'd expect better.

BBTW, Thanks for the info on the other stuff.

Looks like your charging system is working. I’d just buy a new ( quality) battery and be done with it. Keep it on the ( hopefully smart charger) you bought when not ridden. IMO best solution. If bike has security, be sure you know procedure ( pull main fuse w/key on) before changing out battery.

Thanks Rodent, the bike does have the security system. Bike is currently on the battery tender and reading is full charge. I do plan on replacing the battery. I have heard the Harley Batteries are actually great ones to use.

Today was the first time I went to Wal-Mart for an oil change. Afterwards they gave me a “Battery Test Results” report saying “Battery fails to meet industry accepted standards and should be replaced” The results are:

Voltage: 12.79V

Measured: 402 CCA

Rated: 550 CCA

Temperature: 92 degrees F

I have no idea what these numbers mean. Do I need to replace it now, can I wait, and if I can wait, about how long?

If it's a truck battery, you might want to look for another battery. MC battery it would be a little different. 550cca sounds like a remarked Yuasa.
