Thanks! Couldn’t find anything in a google search, and my Indy said they are incredible tires, I’ll do some searching!

Dunlop American Elites are also a tire of choice by many, myself included

I have heard that about the Dunlops. Indy ordered the Commander3’s, going tomorrow to have them installed!

While I agree with this for guys that like to run the early TC RKs hard, the C2 is fine for first timers. A female ridding buddy has had 2 failures on the C3s. She's a "ride it til the wheel fall off" person. The first died but may have been an install issue. The second was a nail. Maybe C3s are nail magnets? AEs were the preferred tire for me until I went to E4s on a 02 RK. E4s might be a little twitchy for some.. The do last longer than the AEs but not quite as long as a CII.

2002 RKC is fuel injected with the Delphi system, last year of the tight tolerance forged crank. It’s a great bike. I would take it over 1 a year or 2 newer. Best of luck!

Yes the tires are no good (Bull crap) I am sure the manufacturer is at fault for someone not installing the tire right and causing a failure. Shame on the manufacturer for allowing that to happen. Also the manufacturer must have found out where she rode the most and went out and threw nails on the road. Shame on that manufacturer. Also you think maybe the tires are nail magnets. I have very reliable sources that say the manufacturer puts a magnetic strip in their tires so they will pick up nails and thus up the sales of their C2 tires (I know this is true cause I read it on the internet) Shame on the manufacturer. I guess I will never buy those tires lol

Kinda apples to oranges but I installed a Michelin C3 on the front of my SG trike, last Summer. So far, it seems to be an excellent tire.
