Congrats on a beautiful Road King Classic! I had a 98 RKC for several years and I loved it. When they replace the tires, make sure they give the center of the rim under the rubber strip a look, my rear wheel rusted through. The grips are usually one of the first things that get switched out, I go for the Kyurakyn ISO grips.

My ‘02 RK came to me the same way; the previous owner’s 76 year old hips couldn’t hold up the bike anymore with his wife on the back. He replaced my RK with a trike & rides every chance he can.
My ‘99 RKC had the same paint as yours, and is probably my favorite paint scheme that HD ever did. I sold it to a HDF member a few years ago, and as far as I know, someone in his family is still riding it.
