I think you are right, my '99 is Mystic & I did not realize they changed to Swede Green Peal in 2000. Now I want to see two of them side by side to see the difference.

thought 2002 was the first year for the delphi fuel injection? If it checks out just buy it...its not priced that far away. Buy what you can afford...everyone has a "don't buy this year" story. If that's your deciding factor then just go buy a new bike because pretty much every year there's some type If improvement or incremental change that hd does to keep people wanting a new one. That’s the plan. If the Indy says it’s solid, I’m getting it. Already plan on new tires, and a full 15k service. Yes 2002 was first year of the Delphi injection. The seller is meeting me at the Indy shop tomorrow with the bike, we shall see!!

It wasn't. Softails got Delphi efi in 2001. They never had Magneti Morelli only carb before.
