I have been trying to let everything you have said soak in. I did not replace the outer tensioner. Only the inner tensioner with the chain. I was thinking how about filing a couple of thousandth off the end of the crank. That way the gear would be tight against the washer. And replacing the outer tensioner. If it doesn't rain tomorrow I will try again to record like you all asked for.
