Thanks, man. Yes I did properly ajust the clutch and I'm sure it' somethong else. I will be going in there soon...just waiting for a rainy weekend lol

Get out your service manual...Remove the top cover and the clutch release cover (right side cover). Remove the shift drum, slide out the shifter fork shaft, remove the shift forks and look them over carefully.
