106BB upgrade Spark plug?

Default 106BB upgrade Spark plug?
I have rebuilt my 2010 SG with a S&S 106 BB stage 2 heads. When I had a Buell with 10:1 compression it used the 10R12. The S&S is a 12 0:1 compression build. Should I use the 6R12 or the 10R12. I am street tuning and have some pinging.
DOn't totally understand the difference between these plugs

First of all, 12:1 CR is kinda high for a daily rider. Spark plug heat range - higher number = hotter, lower number = colder.
