I'd leave the bearings alone if they feel smooth

20 flats x .0069/flat = .138 but I won't quibble about the math. I agree with PureHybrid on the bearings, I forgot that your OP included Torringtons already installed so if they feel good and the 255 cams don't show any unusual wear on the bearing end, leave them.

I wouldn't bet on a 48 map from FM. Lord knows guys with 57s haven't faired well in the map dept. there. As recent as 2 years ago.
In any case I would verify a proper MAP at idle right off to avoid any tuning frustrations down the road.

The brown one in the upper right is from the Rockout kit. Bottom right is from James gasket.

Follow up question because things don’t always go as planned. When installing rocker support plate I mistook the pushrod Center Oring for the O ring seal under the rocker plate. #17 in pic. It fits but slightly bigger diameter. Is it a concern and if I go back in any concern about affecting the rocker cover gasket?
They really need to colour code the gaskets…..

To be honest, I don't know but I know what I would do. I would pull the rocker support plate and use the correct o-ring; not that much trouble. I would also reuse the rocker box cover gasket. Take all of 30 minutes to set things right.

The tan colored one is for the top of the tube up into the cylinder head.. It takes heat better than the other three that's why it's different make sure you put it there... And doing the cam bearings is never a bad thing.. I'm sure you got the new full compliment in there now, you never posted a picture of the old one so who knows. One more thing never take for granted that somebody else set the preload on the pushrods and lifters properly.. Always check them if you're doing a cam never take that chance... .125" will get you there.. Fuel Moto had a lot of good starter tunes... There's was better than Dynojet's, believe it or not.. Auto tuning will bring it in nicely..

If it’s open always…even if the bearings will probably be fine , it’s cheap insurance

thanks for the input. Actually the the tan one was from the rockout kit for the breather O ring. The upper pushrod O ring was originally yellow and the matching one from the James kit was black, as was all the Orings. The recess for the breather Oring under the support plate is not a precise fit so I confused the proper Oring with the Center pushrod one (they’re almost identical and fit fine. Just got rocker covers buttoned last night but going back in today to replace them. That rear cylinder is a pain in the *** but will be easier the second time and I don’t have to pull the support plate all the way out.
