Default Twin Cam 88B to 107 Build Instructions

New to the forum (or any forum) so I apologize for anything I'm screwing up here.
I recently did a Twin Cam 88B to 107 build on a 2001 Fatboy and did quite a bit of research since I had never done a build on any motorcycle engine.
Since you can't buy an off the shelf B motor that I know of, I kinda had to build my own. Also really wanted to try it.
Anyway, I wrote myself some step by step instruction on the build. I reference some videos that helped and explained some processes along the way, added notes to remind me not to make some common mistakes. It was easier than trying to reference the manual at every step of the way. Although I still used it quite a bit. The manual is a must.
I'm not saying it's absolutely complete or accurate for your build but it may be helpful for someone to read or reference if you are doing any Twin Cam 88B build.
I had Darkhorse do the bottom end since I had to do a new crank, TMAN worked the heads, but everything else I did myself. I threw the budget out the window and you could probably buy a complete SS motor for what I spent but I really just wanted to do it and it was really rewarding (so far).
Ended up with 119 HP and 124 TQ. That is with VH Longshots. Not 2 into 1. I did weld in a crossover that I robbed from a set of Dyna pipes so I think that helped. Probably would gain 5 to 10 HP/TQ if I didn't want to keep the VH pipes but I just couldn't bring myself to it. Maybe someday.
If anyone is interested, I have attached a word doc with all my instructions. I have tons of photos as well and some SS instruction sheets which are referenced in the doc if anyone is interested.
I'm sure a lot of guys on here will see a bunch of stuff I did wrong or wasted money on but it is what it is and it does run like hell. Most of what I did was what TMAN had recommended as far as cam, TB and runner size etc. The clutch basket was just for my own piece of mind.
Anyway
Here is the build.
3.937 Bore
4.375 Stroke
TMAN 107 Pro Touring Kit
Man O War crankshaft balanced and welded, also rebuilt counter balancer assy and installed (this is optional, alot of people delete the balancers)
New HD head studs installed at Darkhorse.
58MM HPI Throttle body (cable type) with 1.80 intake runners matched to TMAN heads with compression releases. (Compression releases are a MUST)
5.3 SE injectors
TMAN 590 gear drive cams
TMAN Compete Pro Touring head service 2.0 Intake 1.610 exhaust
Rocker Lockers
SS Cam Plate
SS Oil Pump
SS Premium Lifters
SS Teardrop Air cleaner
VH Longshots with home made crossover
Alto USA Clutch pack
AIM VP 4 Variable Clutch Plate
AIM 340# Spring
Evolution Industries Billet Clutch Basket
TTS Tuner Tuned by C&S Speed Shop in Alorton, IL

I can understand why Jason likes the 590... What was the CR?

Nice looking dyno run BTW.

10.5 to 1
Yes, Jason at C&S did a killer job.
Had it tuned at Greenmount HD with the PC 5 and they said they could do it. But it was really, really bad.
The tune Jason did is spot on. Definitely took care of me.

outstanding! I had the bike below, the motor in it was a TC88 based Screamin Eagle 103. I loved riding it, that motor was a beast. It was like the Harley version of a big block muscle car. I’m sure yours is the same, only better.

That twin cam was good for a long time. I've had it for 17 years. Did SS 510 gear drive cam and tune 4 years ago. It was fun but I still got my but whipped by everyone else in the group. No problems now.
Nice bike. Can't beat black and orange.
