Looks like those plugs been in a while.. Electrode is starting to round. Based on that there might be some slight deposits on the Left/rear plug but nothing major to be concerned about (like Max said or even your breathers) and I don't think the motors getting too hot. The first 3 threads of the plug do not indicate hi temps...
