Default Cv performance woes

Any one else dealt with cv performance and their lack of customer service. Wait months for parts and they will not answer messages.??

I've had good luck with them.

Never had a need to call customer service, so I can't speak to the quality. Parts have always been received timely and correctly and I have ordered a few. Maybe COVID has affected them like it has many businesses?

I don't think the big wink is really necessary. I do understand what is going on in the world. I deal with a lot of businesses as a business owner and to be quite frank, its not hard to answer a customer with a small update which would avoid all of this.

They dont offer a phone number to call, email only and "will not reply to any messages regarding to shipping" is clearly stated. Made an order in November, got a shipping notification on DEC 3 almost a month later and according to tracking that it hasn't been picked up yet, just a tracking label printed. I waited 40+ business days (not including the holidays) then tried messaging on their site to no response then , direct email and on other platforms to no response. I cannot file a claim or get more info from shipping company as they direct me to the shipper has to file the complaint. Sadly a little frustrating.

Sorry you are having trouble. It has been a while since I have ordered from CV Performance but never had issues in the past so something must have changed. Sorry you don't like my wink.

Jonathan, we've emailed you several times regarding this and the carrier issue with delivery there in Canada. The previous package was left waiting in Canadian Customs. Please reply to any of those emails or direct to "sales AT cv-performance .com" (email redacted due to huge amount of bot spam we get from this forum).

Always two sides to every story; now we get the other side.

I did not receive any emails since the shipping notification was made. The tracking history shows a different story then what you are saying here as well. Ironically the shipping process started again the same day as you posted. I checked my spam/trash and I’m sorry but I didn’t receive any messages.

Correct, that day once it was discovered that the postal service had lost the package we reshipped. It appears your order arrived today.
Enjoy the ride!
