I saw this at a seafood restaurant at the NH seacoast this past summer and just ran across these photos. Looks like a supercharger w/intercooler to me.... Also looks something like "DRS Performance, Dracut, MA." Their website is minimal, but interesting. I didn't hear it run, but I'll bet it goes!

Pretty sure that is not a turbo, but a belt driven supercharger/Procharger.

Hence the different primary, it houses the belt.
