Dude, I’m not the kind of guy to just say ****. Was a heads up side by side acknowledged street race. Sorry if egos get hurt. This guy couldn’t even find the nuts to roll up next to me at next light, embarrassed, he thought he was going to eat my lunch. Full disclosure, it was a gradual walk away but a clear one

already have 11.5.1 compression and 585 cams with s&s heads , so it seems kinda maxed out for a 110 .. maybe I’ll go to the 124 but I kinda wanted to work with what I’ve got to step it up some more .. it also has 58mm tb with big injectors too ... Maybe a different grind cams setup ..but I’m still wondering about the weighted crank .. it’s a dilemma or at least pretty complex for my skills ..

I have no problem with my B motor and making power and it recently put a 110 CVO in it's place. Ya do have to take care not to run it over 6200rpm, and my cams, S&S 570s, pull to 5700. I set my rev limiter at 6000rpm and regulatly burn the cobwebs out bumping or nearly bumping it and my normal cruise is around 3000rpm running the 30 tooth from Evolution Industries.
A big bore kit and some headwork are in the plans for the off season to make it a modest but respectable 110+/120+ B motor. Way more power than I need and the 30 tooth makes it scary quick as that 110 found out.
IMO the softail is the ultimate in power and rideability and still feel like you're riding a motorcycle, not a cadilac on 2 wheels. Much better at the slow speed, parking lot maneuverability too.
