Is their any advantage to using Screamin Eagle plugs, 20.00 bucks each, over
Stock plugs in an engine with stage 1 mod only? What is a good aftermarket plug for TG? Thanks

 

Just about all the threads I have read on what plugs to use in stage one motors ends up being to use the stock plugs. I use NGK-DCPR7E in my 2011 with a stage one.

 

There have also been concerns about the anti-knock not working right with other type of plugs since it uses the plug as a sensor.

 

I'm using NGK-DCPR9E in my 2012 with a intake, exhaust, cam,tuner.

 

Unless your bike runs in 1/4 mile increments with drag fuel...stock plugs are fine.
