Default Advice Needed

We went down to ST. Joe HD last Saturday. Beautiful ride, hit about 85 degrees on the bike's screen. Wife and I were loving it. Till the last about 30 miles. My knees (specifically the inner part of my knees) starting hurting BAD. Will highway pegs eliminate this? Any recommendations on pegs?

Also with regards to pegs...when you stretch out do you have to be careful of putting any weight on them or they will move or turn on the bars? Never had them in all m,y years of riding..but damn I need to do something. 250 miles is not that much and I got a road trip planned for June to Ohio to see my new granddaughter and that's 1600 miles round trip.

Any and all suggestions would be mucho appreciated

I like the highway pegs. Yes, it helps to be able to move your legs around. You should be able to put some weight on them too. They should be tighten tight enough that they will not move when you push on them. I have the HD mounts and pegs on mine.

You can see the options that we offer at this LINK.

Having a different place to put your feet is a huge help when it comes to comfort. It allows you to stretch your legs without having to stop and get up.

Here is a picture of the pegs Kevin currently has on his trike.

Between my backrest and putting my legs straight out (calf's on top of the pegs) this helps me plenty. Very close to getting a real butt break!

Correct, but well worth the money, the flip down heal support is very nice, that is what saves my pain in the knees, support from the heal helps when extending. I had same issue you discribed. knee paint. Having these pegs there are many more ways to position my feet legs I have no more issues.
