Timer Wolf makes some nice front mud flaps http://www.timberwolfleather.com/category_21/HARLEY-MUD-FLAPS.htm. Captain Itch also makes some front and rear flaps for bikes and the Triglide http://shop.captain-itch.com/Mud-Flaps_c5.htm he also makes other leather goods which are top notch. I have a couple gun belts from him which see daily use.
Had HD rubber ones on wifes TG but replaced them with Captn.Itch, Pic is of flaps after two years. I also have TimberWolf flaps on my Trike. Both brands top quality.
