they have trike classes regularly in Washington. The wife needed to take it for her 09 try glide and wanted me to keep her company. Evergreen, the company that puts them on here supplies trikes and hacks. I took the course on a hack, why a hoot. Seriously thinking of buying one. The last day of the three they showed the people with hacks how to fly the side car and run cones with it in the air. Lots of fun.

I took the trike course outside Knoxville, TN (Pellissippi State) last year. Very thorough course. Also, we rode over 14 miles in parking lot that day.

Default SafeRide Trike trainning

I took a Sidecar/Trike course last year in Eustis, Florida. 2 days good instruction and driving. I think the course was $200 -$225. $50 extra for their bike. About a dozen in the class. 3 had their own machines. One Lady came from Montana because there are no classes out west in the winter. The class was done by SafeRide which is affiliated with EVERGREEN SAFETY COUNCIL in Seattle. Riding a Trike is totally different than 2 wheels. You learn a lot and have fun. The school in Eustis provides info on local hotels with discounts for the school.

Anyone who says you don't need anything but common sense doesn't have any.

Be Safe!

I took the course from a group just by the Buffalo Airport. If you did not have a licence you come away from the course with one. I found it to be a good course to take after riding two wheels for years. They help you to over come old habits.

There is a video on Youtube by Lehman that is very informative. It is about 11 minutes log with a girl on a Victory conversion. It has some good info in it.
