Ride On tire sealant
I called Dunlop Tire and they do not recoment any type of tire sealant to be used with their tire. I have used Ride On on my last two bikes with no adverse problems. I had a flat on the triglide rear tire and when I aired it up it held. I have not used the bike for a week as the dealer said I shoud get a new tire. The tire has 3000 miles on it. They do not repair them. I checked tire prices and they go for 70.00 to the harley price of 135.00. I am pissed.

For the most part you won't find a tire manufacturer that recommends any type of repair. Liability issues. Since all tires are tubeless I carry a plug setup and an inflater. Never had to use them.... so far, but it's like not having a spare, you are guaranteed a flat.
Just to make you feel better we bought a set of Metzlers for wife's Nightrain. She ran over a BOLT on the ride home. I have that Metz hanging in the garage with 42 miles on it.

I agree with you on that. I would be more concerned that it blows out at 70 mph. Even though the tire is tubeles, I see no reason why a tube couldn't be installed with a rubber patch over the hole. When I was a young lad I worked a second job in a service station and it was a common practice to install a patch over the hole and put a tube in it. Some folks just didn't like a plug.

Plug and patch. Plug will get you home, patch it for the long term. But $70 is cheap in the world of tires. The 240R50x16 on my Rocket III was just under $300 installed. Darn Metzler was paper thin off the delivery truck! Ya, I guess I'd probably be paranoid enough not to trust a plug/patch combo for long and just get a new one.
