Default What was the problem?

Did you ever find out what caused the tire to lock up? Did the brake lock up? Was it still locked up when you took it to the dealership? Since your dad just drove off from a Harley Dealer, I would be calling an attorney to see what caused this. Wheels don't just lock up.

We were in contact with a lawyer and were advised not to take possession of the bike before it was inspected. Like i said, no one was willing to inspect the bike once they found out it was a Harley. Since the bike had to be inspected to determine the cause of the accident, we didn't have a choice but to bring the bike to Harley. Due to the fact that Harley reported that they found nothing that would cause the tire locked up, that was all we could do.

Thanks for all the info that you guys sent.

Does anyone know if the front end assembly from a 2009 Street Glide will fit a 2009 Tri Glide. The one guy at the dealership said yes and then when down talking to the part manager, he said no. I can get the Street Glide for $300 compared to $820 from the dealer.
