enjoying the heck out of my new triglide....it is my 3rd HD and the first that I have kept the stock exhaust on. I'm liking it but would like to have just a little more "harley sound" coming from back there. Any suggestions on exhaust that will not keep my wife's ears ringing for a day after our trips? Even something that I can easily change out and not affect performance when the wife has enough! (enough of the "sound" that is!)

 

Got Rush slip-ons on my '09, Reinhardt's on wife's 11. Both are a bit more 'throaty' and neither require a fuel manager. Just a new download.

We have 3 1/2" Rinehart slipons on the trike and the Limited. They have a good sound, not too loud, and they are certainly easy enought to change.

Fuelmoto dyno tuned Jackpots without quiet baffle. My wife has never said they were too loud and she has ridden almost all of the 21,000 miles we have on the trike. We do ride with helmets at all times.

 

+3 on the Jackpots, however I'm running the quiet baffles. Wifey likes them as they are not too loud. I can always slip the stock baffles back in if we decide we want the exhaust louder.

 

I appreciate the comments. Now I need to make a decision!

 

I have the 4" SE exhaust on mine and like them very much. They have in my opinion a deep mellow sound. I am no longer into loud.
