Had them put on before I picked up my '09. Got caught in some cold and snowy weather on Beartooth Pass, turned them on and "nothing" Took the trike to the dealer when I got home and they had them fixed in no time. A connector had come disconnected in the right grip. No problem since then.
Had Hot Grips on another bike, never had a problem with them.
