Tendonitis

Here is an odd one

Have any of you experienced tendonitis (tennis elbow) from the constant push / pull of steering the trike

It always seems worse after I ride

Any thoughts?

I get elbow tendonitis, ever since overdoing weights when I was 47. There are different OTC braces to take the strain off your tendon, but if you want to wear for long periods of time get a Band-it. My sports medicine Dr. turned me on to it.
