Put the faring bra and fender covers on wife's '09 when we bought it. When we bought her the '11 and I inherited her old bike I took them off. May wait until the fender fronts get chipped (a little ore) and I'll but the rears back on.

This trike was at one of chapter rides I missed due to work, I picked this photo off our Chapter Facebook page and have been hunting for this person to find out where they got these fender bras. Sadly this ride was an open ride and nobody seems to know who this person is, but the bras are great! I do not like the HD bras they really take away from the lines of the bike but these are wonderful. Anybody ever seen these before?

I'm kind of partial to the 3M protective film.

I think the bras may scratch.I went to a sign shop and had vinyl cut to shape with the HD logo and it has held up well. Stops scuff marks and and bugs

I'm with Mike on this issue. Bought the 13 piece kit from Motorcycle Armor. So far it has held up well and carries a lifetime warranty. All you need to do is remove the damaged piece, send it back and it will be replaced for free. I use ICE as a wax and there is no wax build up lines that can be seen on the edges. IMO, best stuff around especially on a black bike. FWIW, I had a front bra on one of my cars once and it scratched and faded the factory paint.

For the record folks.....I have the tank bra on; putting the fender bras on, and ordered the fairing bra (pick up tomorrow). Does it matter if the paint gets damaged? Hell no! Won't be any worse than the rock chips I have now that my friends point to everytime they see me!!!! Like o-mike says..."different strokes for different folks". Peace out.
