When I first flash the ECM and I set the cruise on about 60 MPH, when going uphills in 5th gear it will stay within 1 to 2 MPH. After several miles and going up the same hills it will slow over 5 MPH and the engine sounds like it it really straining to make it over the hill. I have checked for codes and found none.
