Nah, un-polished, pad scuffed rotors have a working man look to them and are a compliment to the chrome. Sorta like honest holster wear on a nice pistol.

My son has a customized 2007 street glide, and a 2001 road king, and has chrome wheels and rotors on both of them. They look great.

Get'r done in one fell swoop...
Anxious to hear reports on the drilling of these rotors by Lyndall! Sounds like a worthy investment if there is a significant change!

I would like to know also, even a little improvement would be helpfull. I did have the 2011 TG rear brake calipers and master cylinder installed and it did make a little difference.

On drilling the rear brake rotors, I'm kinda waiting on Joe at ***** Shiney to send me a set of his chrome rims before I pull everything apart. I thought I would have gotten the call from WS last week, but apparently they must not have come back from the platers yet.

Anyway, I'll post my findings on the brakes once the deed is done.

Well I have nothing to report on the rear brake modification as I've been distracted and haven't sent the rotors out yet. But I did get all the ***** Shiny stuff including the baby moons and front wheel spacers with the wheels. Thought I would revive this thread and post a couple pictures. I call this my "Dead Sled" for reasons that will become obvious . Anyway...

Your trike looks like a million dallors with the wheels and baby moons. Looking good.

TK,
The bike looks great. I've got to wait to do my front until I can get all the parts. I want install chrome lowers, cowbells and the Progressive Monotube cartridges in the forks at the same time I install Joe's front wheel. I do not want to have to do the job twice. At least I can see how she'll look when done. Very Very nice!!

Hey Butch it was pictures of your TG with WS baby moons, wheels and wheel spacers that made me decide to drop the dime. No regrets.

Buddy, I originally was going to hold off mounting the rear wheels till after I got my rotors back, but anticipation got the best of me so now the rotors will have to wait.

Thanks guys!
