Either find a good deal on a 09 and figure on doing a few things to it to cool it down and maybe pep it up a bit or look real hard at the 11. If you look at the 11 take a tape measure and see if the trike has a lean to it by measuring from the back fenders to the ground on each side. This could indicate anything from sloppy workmanship installing the fenders to a frame issue, both problems have been noted by members of HDForums. IF you go with the 11 you will still have to spend a few bucks on cooling it down, the bright side is HD at least took their heads out of their back sides and got the gearing right. Do some searching in this section and you will find lots of information on issues and fixes for all 3 model years. I know its not encouraging and the folks at HD should be tarred and feathered for what they did but when all the dust settles and the tweaks have been made you will have a fine riding and handling Trike.

The 11 comes with reverse, is geared correctly but you have to change the pipes to get rid of the catalytic converter to get rid of the heat and add a stage one at least to get what you pay for.
