Stoped at a dealer to get some gaskets. Sales Manager walkes up and tells me the rumor of Hd building one for 2012 . We both got a good laugh
at what the price would be.

I got to believe that they will build one some day and it will be liquid cooled. You are correct though, it certainly would be pricey.

Yea never Know. Might be built with the 120R ci engine. Most likely cost 40k +. But then the 120 is not epa compliant. Might just have a fancy paint job and a lot of bling.

Once upon a time I would have jumped at the chance to buy a SE Trike, that is until the Moco and a for **** dealer taught me not to trust. When I look at just the bolt on bling I have on mine I may be close to the $38k mark if I was to count my labor. Given that I don't think another couple grand more considering a SE would hold value more than a normal one might not be a bad thing. Now if HD was to bolt the 110 as it is in a Triglide I wouldn't ride that no farther than my dads garage where it would be placed on the lift and cooling measures and a cam change would commence.

I would bet closer to $45K. The SE Ultras are about $40K OTD.

By the time they introduce the Screaming Eagle Tri they will have their India plant up and running. The import SE may be closer to $40G but don't expect any real leather seats from a country with a cow lane!

At one time I would have certainly been interested in a SE CVO Trike. At this point in time I have purchased my last HD. They are basically going South with warranty and customer service.

I believe that Harley will do something like a SE trike but I would be surprised if it was as early as 2012. Harley is just getting stared in the trike market and has barley penetrated what is potentially a huge market for them.

Typically, manufactures leaves some tricks in the bag until the marketplace grows weary of the same old stuff and then they introduce something new, exciting or revolutionary to the industry.
