Question Idea's on the best mirror's ?

Wanting to get some different mirror's for the Tri Glide. Just asking what you think of yours if you have replaced stock ? I want something that I can also see my rear fenders and more of the traffic . Not sure if I want to go with the fairing ones or the split vison ones on the handle bars . Any feed back would be great... Thanks !

Ditto on the split-vision mirrors! Put them on my TG immediately.....

HD #92190-06 $119.95.

I had the Street Glide style mirrors on my TG very briefly. They do offer a wider view than stock but I didn't think about my WO575 chubbies at time of purchase. After installing mirrors, I see that handlebars cut right through line of sight in the mirrors. Duh! Guess I didn't do enough homework! Returned mirrors. Now I have plastic plugs where I drilled holes in my fairing!
I now use Kuryakyn mirrors with extended stems (removed from my '05 Road Glide).

I changed my stock mirror to a Running Light/Directional Indicator mirror (P/N 92059-07). I like the idea of having extra running lights up front.

I went with the fairing mirrors with the little "bug eye" in the upper corner. They have more adjustment than the stock fairing mirrors and you can see more of the next lane. Don't have the part # but they are $99

No, I have mine adjusted to the road lane of traffic behind me (spot mirrors show side lane)...why would you need to see your rear fenders? I want to see what's in the lane behind and along side of me!

Maybe I didn't understand your question...

So my wife doesn't back over me again! Was kneeling behind her trike, fixing the stupid trunk latch so the trunk would close. She hit reverse, pinned my left leg under the bumper, ran the trunk door into my ribs, smacked my helmet on the ground before she figured out something was not right. All this in front of the 6 other bikes we were riding with.
