This spring I had it in the dealer to get the radio fixed and they said something abaout re-flashing the radio. So I question them on it and they claimed they didnt mess with anything else.
Got it... you have the Power Vision or PV. Sounded like you had the Power Commander V or PCV. Pretty sure the PCV doesn't deal with the speedo.

When you flash the radio you simply put a CD in the radio and follow the instructions. The radio flash really has nothing to do with the ECM. It would be like you went in for a brake job and now your clutch feels funny.

Edit Note: For those of you that want to update your radio, you can find the update file on HD's site and burn your own CD. There's no need for the dealer to do it. HERE IS THE LINK FOR THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DATA DOWNLOAD

I'm assuming you in 6th gear? I know when I'm in 5th I'm whisker close to 3,000 rpm.

I ran mine tonight and it was the same, 70mph=2875/2900 rpm. So i must have it calibrated fairly close.
Thanks to all that helped.

2010,30 tooth sprocket, 2800 rpm 6th gear 70, 3100 75mph. Before with 32 tooth I showed 3000 rpm in 6th was 80 mph. Calibrated speedo in TTS custom tune and went back to factory cal. My GPS shows I am still 5 mph slower than my speedometer reading. ??? Does this effect the odometer.

If the speedometer is reading 5 mph faster it will add miles to the odometer quicker.
