Thank's all, The worst problem is we seen it posted on this forum first and measured the bike in the barn on gravel no big deal.That was or first mistake. So in short I want to say thanks to you guy's and all your advice you may have saved some Lives
out there.I will sue them over this if they B.S about It.

When you mention the internet to the dealer they make a smart Azz coment about it.I am going to contact the attorney general
and a lawyer this morning.

That is exactly where you need to go. They are producing and selling a unsafe product. They don't like the internet as it gets the word around very quickly whether it be good or bad.

Factory and dealer said body needs to be taken off and frame adjustments made
do any of you know what frame adjustments can be made.

WOW! We with 09's are soooo lucky. Funny how the first year model has been the best so far. I am so sorry you guys are having these problems!

You are so correct. Normally the first year is the worst.

In my opinion they should give you a NEW TG with a correct frame and then they can do whatever they want with your old TG. I sure wouldn't want them fooling around with the frame on my TG especially if it is new likes yours.

The problem is I have to let them have three attempts under the Lemon law according to my lawyer. And
HD could careless about the buyer(Get the money).The dealer has three
more to do after mine brand new not sold yet.
